I heard about a business that produces a support product for cancer patients. This business created a support group for people going through that type of cancer. No where in the title of the group was the company’s name. It was about the people.
As more and more people joined the group, they all felt like they belonged. They had built a community. A really good one!
Users of their product were in this group, and suggested to other members to try the product. A lot of them loved the product.
This business was able to impact lives and make a buck too!
